Install the game

REWIND 1999 is a Progressive Web App. It runs from a website and can be added to your Home Screen.

iPhone or iPad

Open the game URL in Safari. Tap Share, choose Add to Home Screen, keep or edit the name, then tap Add. Launch the new icon from your Home Screen.

Android

Open the game URL in Chrome. Use the browser menu to choose Install app or Add to Home screen, confirm, and launch REWIND from the Home Screen or app list.

Save and offline play

Open the game once while online so its files can be cached. The single-player game can then work offline on that device. Progress is saved in that browser profile and does not sync to another device.

Development preview

Home Screen installation requires an HTTPS-hosted copy or localhost during development. This package is not published yet.
